Few things can endure the test of time. Many things come and go and don't seem to be missed by many at all.

 

But sometimes, we find something that seems to tell a thousand stories.  Stories that sew together the fabric of our lives.

 

Why does it surprise us to see that others, are coming to discover some of the very things we have treasured for years.

 

How is it that sometimes people discover that what they have been searching for, was their all along.

 

The real voyage of discovery Marcel Proust writes, doesn’t consist in seeking new landscapes, but perhaps in seeing with new eyes.

 

Some things can only become deeper, richer, stronger with time.  Value is not found in how shiny and new something is.  But often it is found in how well something can endure and adapt.

 

It is amazing to watch things find new life again in a new generation for all generations.

 

We are the Parish.  Celebrating a rich heritage of tradition and hope, welcoming others to the family.  We are part of a growing faith community that is still learning to follow Jesus. We are still sharing his timeless message and are extending his peace around the world.
